Andrew Caltabiano
Andrew has a 15 year track record in the property industry gained through executive roles with a number of major private and public property companies including Fini Group, Hawaiian Investments and Stockland. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics and a postgraduate diploma in Property. He is experienced in the field of Investment Management for property assets such as CBD office buildings, shopping centres and land development projects in markets around the country.
His expertise includes managing acquisitions and due diligence, funding and capital management, performance management and reporting, managing the valuation process and cycle and asset disposals. Andrew has had significant exposure to the listed A-REIT sector and was a member of the Stockland merger and acquisition team for the successful $1.5 billion takeover of the AMP Diversified Property Trust. After working for several years in Stockland’s Residential Communities (WA) business Andrew also has a great depth of knowledge and skill in land development. His capabilities include all facets of negotiation and site acquisition, project management, feasibility and market analysis as well as project marketing and sales coordination.
At Terranovis Andrew is responsible for the project management of the company’s flagship estate Avonlee, a 570 lot project at Henley Brook. This project will be a leading Swan Valley residential community producing a range
of product including ½ acre, traditional and cottage sized residential allotments. Development approvals have been secured and this required overcoming several complex constraints such as high pressure gas mains traversing the land, environmental matters including wetlands, rare ecologies and contamination as well as the 2 kilometre extension of sewer and water services.
Andrew is also in charge of a 200 lot project located prominently on Rowley Road close to the Tonkin Highway within precinct-K of the Armadale Redevelopment Authority area. Development permits are currently being secured for this mixed-use estate which incorporates a portion of the future local town centre along with a range traditional and cottage sized residential allotments. This estate will act as a catalyst for further development in this area particularly for several adjacent properties. |
