Cade Taylor
Cade has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property and Finance
Cade commenced his property development career with two of the largest companies in Australia, Mirvac and Multiplex. During his time at Mirvac, Cade was responsible for the delivery of the Coolbellup New Living Project, a public private partnership with the Department of Housing and Works, and he also had involvement in the delivery of Mirvac’s retirement product, Fini Villages. At Multiplex, Cade’s primary responsibility was the delivery of Steve’s Hotel Project, a $120m development consisting of luxury apartments, survey strata lots and terrace houses, and retail premises, but he also held the lead responsibility for a number of other projects within the planning phase including a commercial/residential master-planning exercise with a construction value of $2.2b and three other residential projects with combined development values of over $400m. Cade also managed the Medina Serviced Apartment development on the Perth Entertainment and Convention Centre site. This exposure, coupled with further experience gained on large floor plate commercial office buildings and retail premises in positions since leaving Multiplex, has ensured Cade has a comprehensive knowledge on developing a broad range of asset classes. |
