Caroline Nurse
Caroline has a Bachelor of Commerce and is a registered Sales Representative working in the Property Industry since 2005.
Caroline has worked for a number of Boutique Development Companies and gained experience in various aspects of land subdivision. She has been involved in the acquisition of new sites, due diligence, funding, planning and approval, tendering, site supervision and marketing & sales campaigns. She has also worked closely with a number of builders during the design and construction stages of projects. Caroline has managed portfolios of various property types including land holdings, commercial tenancies, multiple house & land packages, luxury holiday homes and operating businesses.
In her role as Development Manager at Terranovis, Caroline is overseeing the Ocean Crest Estate in Coogee. This development involves 16 separate land owners and on its completion will deliver over 250 residential lots within 5mins to the Coogee Marina.
Caroline believes in continuing her education and is currently completing her Diploma of Real Estate. |
