Investors are able to invest in individual project syndicates or alternatively can acquire whole projects depending on their financial and investment requirements. Terranovis Pty Ltd’s AFS licence allows it to deal in securities and to provide general product advice in relation to developments which it acts as project manager for.
From time to time Terranovis will acquire a site and set up a company to purchase the site. Shares in the company are then sold to investors so that they may share in the profits from development. Terranovis manages the company and upon completion the company is wound up and remaining capital and profits are distributed to investors.
Terranovis Pty Ltd has an AFS license to allow it to sell units in property trusts that purchase office buildings, industrial buildings, shops, and other rental income streams. Some of these syndicates will be self terminating in that a sunset clause will ensure that the syndicate is wound up and profits/ capital returned within a set time. The syndicates will also produce regular rental returns to investors, when rental income is sufficient.
