Julia Nelson
Julia holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Commercial Law and has completed a UDIA professional development program in Property Development.
Julia joined Terranovis in March 2010 as a development manager and is responsible for the management of our Beeliar Rise and Beeliar Edge developments. She also has a variety of experience in assisting with the management of other larger projects managed by Terranovis. This experience includes preparing integrated cashflow statements, subdivision applications and property repots, as well as tailoring sales and management agreements. Julia has also had some experience in conducting market research, compiling sales evidence, and undertaking environmental investigations. |
