Kaylene McTernan
Kaylene McTernan is employed as a Sales Representative and is currently responsible for sales at Aubin Gardens Estate and Avonlee, Henley Brook and has recently received a Real Estate Industry award in the first quarter of 2010.
Kaylene’s background is in law enforcement with 21 years experience in all facets of Police work and attained the rank of Sergeant. During this time Kaylene studied and developed an interest in Project work as well as Real Estate.
She has a Diploma in Public Safety - and has completed Project work in relation to Crime Prevention Through Environmental Management and Crime Prevention in Environmental Design. Kaylene used her project experience to complete a study into developments in relation to environmental design, building and development in relation to crime. This included travelling to Sydney to investigate design improvements that assisted the Sydney Olympics Committee in controlling crime during this time. Kaylene used the experience gained to help local government plan the use of public open space and educated them in the use of building design and the reduction in crime.
Kaylene also has previous sales experience which includes working with L J Hooker – Kardinya and Hender and Farris Leeming. |
