Gladstone, on Queensland’s central coast, is entering into a phase of spectacular growth as a result of the burgeoning LNG industry based in the nearby Surat and Bowen basins. Port facilities for LNG consortiums headed by British Gas, Santos, and Origin are now being constructed here, with a total expenditure scope of approximately $40billion over the next few years.

Terranovis has been extremely fortunate to secure one of the few fully approved residential development sites within Gladstone City. 44 allotments, being stage 1 of an estate with a total scope of 253 lots, have sold out before on-site construction works could even commence!

Stage 1 civil construction works are expected to commence shortly, with settlement of these lots expected by December 2011. Stage 2 will be brought forward in an attempt to satisfy the increasing demand caused by the introduction of an additional 3,000 permanent employees and their families (18,000 workers overall) within a city of 28,000.
