Sean Flynn
With over 15 years of property experience, Sean Flynn came to Terranovis in 2009 with a wealth of property experience having previously had roles in Retail Leasing, Property Management, Commercial and Industrial Valuations, and most recently Commercial and Industrial Sales. His skills include project feasibility analysis, project management, marketing and complex negotiations.
At Terranovis Sean is tasked with the project management of the Avalon Estate, with its 9 separate owners ranging from sitting landholders to syndicates. On its completion Avalon will deliver close to 500 lots, a large mixed use neighbourhood centre site and a number of multi unit and community sites. In addition to this role, Sean co-ordinates the sale of any commercial, mixed use, and multi unit sites released within our estates. |
