Victor has over 15 years of town planning experience. Victor has considerable Knowledge and practical experience in statutory and strategic planning processes. He has worked on a daily basis with Town Planning Schemes, Metropolitan Region Schemes and has knowledge of the Town Planning and Development Act.
He has managed the approval of a 300 lot subdivision in Southern River from rural zoning through all stages of MRS amendments to local scheme amendments. He is also managing the development of 17 individually owned englobo land parcels in Coogee on behalf of 14 land owners. |
