into master planned communities. He has been responsible for
the valuation and purchase negotiation for broad acres across
Australia and in New Zealand with a completed value of over
AUS$1 Billion.
He has considerable experience in writing
prospectus documents and managing due diligence reviews for
public capital raisings. He has personally prepared feasibility
cash flows for over 20 start up companies involved in land
development activities.
He has been involved in all stages of rezoning and development
applications for residential and industrial subdivisions in
Western Australia, Queensland and Victoria.
Warren is an accomplished valuer used to
complex environmental and planning issues. He has a very good
understanding of civil engineering concepts that relate to
land development sites. He has a good understanding of compensation
procedures and precedents.
Warren is an expert project manager and
real estate marketer. He has managed developments that have
won UDIA and Waters and Rivers Commission environmental awards.
Some managed projects required public environmental reviews,
complex servicing negotiations and innovative environmental
solutions. Warren has skills in all facets of marketing of
land development projects, including initial research, launch
marketing, brand building and selling of completed lots. |
